66 Donald Street Karori, Wellington City

BEO $1,250,000

It's over 60 years since this fabulous family home last came to the market. Why would you ever leave when all you need for a growing family is either on your doorstep or inside!

Handy to Karori's shops and amenities, cafes, public transport, parks and schools, with Karori Normal Primary School just down the road, Samuel Marsden School around the corner and zoned for both Wellington College and Wellington Girls College.

Built circa 1931, this charming home has maintained some classic features of this era, with beautiful carrara ceilings and stained glass windows, while some additions have ensured the house can evolve as your family does. With single level living and excellent sun, its many features include:

• Three or four bedrooms plus study/nursery off master bedrooms
• Two or three living areas
• Great indoor/outdoor flow to a large deck
• Two bathrooms
• Large fenced backyard and lawn, great for kids to play
• Single garage with the ideal driveway for bikes, scooters and skateboards. Good for cars too!
• A large basement with man cave or hobbies room

The current family loved this home, now you can too! Come to my open homes or call me for a private viewing.
