Norma Bryant
Licensee Salesperson
Fifteen years ago I trained and became a Real Estate Salesperson. My background knowledge has been of great assistance in helping me take up this career and has helped me to be comfortable with both vendors and buyers.
I really enjoy people and helping match buyers to houses. I enjoy working with older people and helping them with the very emotional job of selling a family home they have loved for many years. One of my strengths is my negotiating skills that have achieved excellent results for my vendors.
Having now sold well over a 200 homes in predominately Khandallah, and the Northern suburbs, I feel I have gained a considerable amount of knowledge and experience to give you first-rate competent service and advice.
Background
I am married with three children, two adorable grand children and have loved living in Khandallah for 35 years.
During that time I have been assistant to my self employed architect husband Ken. I was a night school tutor for 15 years in bread making and basic cooking, plus spent many years on the PTA’s of Raroa Intermediate and Onslow College.
My local community involvements include Save The Children, Kea leader at Khandallah Scouts, a trustee of the Khandallah Community Centre and many years of organising street parties and local fund raising events. I have been very involved in the refurbishment of the Khandallah Town Hall.
Please call me any time for selling or buying advice, or to have a market appraisal on your home.
